Save an Egg: How to Hatch Rescued Eggs
Hatch a rescued egg at home
- Prepare: Finish the rescue and carry the egg back to your plot.
- Place: Put the egg on the plot; the hatch produces a pet that can earn money.
Bring the egg home before expecting a pet
To hatch eggs in Save an Egg, bring a rescued egg back to your plot and place it there. The sequence shown by the game is simple: carry the egg to the Safe Zone, place it on your plot, and hatch a pet. Catching a carrier in the field starts the task; the home placement turns the rescue into the hatch you wanted.
If you have not reached that point yet, use the safe egg return guide before worrying about which pet appears. Complete the trip with one egg rather than abandoning it when another chase catches your attention. You can choose the next target after you have finished the hatch.
Understand the result without assuming a fixed size
Hatching adds pets to your collection, and pets earn money. The game also advertises random size. Its displayed size sequence is Normal, Large, Huge, Giant, Titanic and Colossal. Think of the hatch result as both a pet identity and a size, rather than expecting the same appearance or cash label every time.
Do not make a Perfect Rescue your promise of a particular hatch size. The golden-ring guide explains the timing action as its own rescue goal. Keeping that goal separate makes the hatch easier to judge: you successfully delivered an egg, then received a result from the game's size and pet systems.
After the hatch, decide how the pet fits your next aim. A new name may fill a Forest Index entry. A pet's displayed earnings may help your plot. A duplicate may still be something you enjoy keeping, but it does not fill a different missing name. Use the Forest pet list for collection identification and the income guide for the money-producing side of the plot.
