To take credits from rivals in Save an Egg, slide into another player. The game presents this as a competitive activity and warns that other players can slide into you to steal credits too. Treat it as a contest with a possible counterattack, rather than a guaranteed reward attached to every rescue.

The documented slide inputs are Hold Click on PC and Hold SLIDE on a phone. Steer with WASD or the stick. The golden-ring flip uses Space or the FLIP button, but that timing action belongs to the egg rescue. Keep the control reference handy if those inputs are still easy to mix up.

Decide when the contest is worth your attention

If you are already returning an egg, completing the plot delivery is a sensible first priority. Choose the next activity from your own aim: deliver an egg for a pet, train for a faster carrier, or join a player contest for credits. Giving each trip a purpose is more useful than calling every slide a farming method and assuming the results will always favor you.
